SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST |

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic social media specialist to join our creative team. You will be responsible for creating social media campaigns and the day-to-day management of our clients' social media properties. Your passion for social media as a communications and storytelling tool will result in the adoption and implementation of social media best practices across all social media channels - namely Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Xiaohongshu. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, a versatile creative writer, and a team player. You will be an active participant in data collection and analyses in order to consistently improve our clients' social media practices over time.
Responsibilities
Developing social media content plans that are consistent with our clients' brand identities
Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns
Managing daily social media posts (including stories), and responding to queries in a timely manner
Developing and managing social influencer programs and hosting social influencer events
Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate our clients' social media presence and performance
Creating content and aligning with our Graphic Designers to create visuals
Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts
Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results
Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media
Performing other duties when needed
This role is hybrid (WFH + office) - so being organised and accountable is amust
Strong communication skills with the team to ensure smooth preparation and execution of campaigns with optimal results

Requirements and Skills
Passion for luxury retail, F&B and premium property development industries
Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field
3 or more years of social media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate, or agency setting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy
Experience using various analytics software
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
Solid experience with design and photo editing (Canva, Adobe), content creating for social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XHS)
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
A sense of aesthetics and a love for great storytelling
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Great communication skills - written, verbal - with a flair for narrative creation
Confident in English, with proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese and/or Bahasa Melayu
