💄INFLUENCER MARKETING ACCOUNT MANAGER (BEAUTY)


The Influencer Marketing Account Manager serves as the key link between our beauty clients, influencers (KOLs/creators), and internal teams. This role oversees influencer marketing campaigns from planning through execution, ensuring strategic alignment, smooth communication, and measurable performance. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on — capable of managing client expectations, strong influencer partnerships and contacts especially within the beauty industry, and driving impactful social media campaigns.

Responsibilities
1. Client & Campaign Management
- 
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring satisfaction and timely delivery of influencer campaigns.
- Develop campaign proposals, strategies, and influencer recommendations based on client objectives and target audiences.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and approvals between clients, internal teams, and influencers.
- Present campaign plans, performance updates, and reports to clients confidently and clearly.
2. Influencer / KOL Relations
- 
Identify, vet, and recommend suitable influencers across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) based on campaign needs.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with influencers, agencies, and creator management teams.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and deliverables to align with client budgets and campaign KPIs.
- Ensure influencers understand creative briefs, brand guidelines, and deliver content on time.
3. Campaign Execution & Performance
- 
Oversee day-to-day execution of influencer campaigns, from briefing to posting.
- Monitor campaign progress, ensuring deadlines and content quality are met.
- Track and measure performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion, ROI).
- Compile post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
4. Collaboration & Internal Coordination
- 
Work closely with creative, strategy, and media teams to integrate influencer activities into wider marketing plans.
- Support new business development with influencer data, case studies, and creative ideas.
- Assist in maintaining agency influencer databases and campaign tracking systems.

Requirements and Skills
- Passion for lifestyle, beauty, retail industries 
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field
- 2 or more years experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing or account management (agency experience is preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy
​- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting tools; familiarity with influencer platforms (e.g., Campagyn, Upfluence, GRIN, AspireIQ, Collabstr) is a plus.

- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

​- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Solid experience with design and photo editing (Canva, Adobe), content creating for social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XHS)

- Numerically literate, comfortable working with reports via Excel spreadshet
- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great storytelling
- Up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement
- Great communication skills - written, verbal - with a flair for narrative creation
- Confident in English, with proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese and/or Bahasa Melayu
- This role is hybrid (WFH + office) - so being organised and accountable is a must
- Strong communication skills with the team to ensure smooth preparation and execution of campaigns with optimal results  
- Team player with a solution-oriented approach

💄INFLUENCER MARKETING COORDINATOR (BEAUTY)


The Influencer Coordinator plays a key supporting role in the execution of influencer marketing campaigns. You will assist in sourcing, communicating with, and managing influencers (KOLs/creators), ensuring all deliverables are met and campaigns run smoothly from start to finish. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, social media savvy, and passionate about influencer culture — eager to grow within the influencer marketing space.​ It would also be a major advantage if the beauty industry and makeup trends excite you!

Responsibilities
1. Influencer Research & Outreach
- Research and identify relevant influencers/KOLs across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.) based on campaign objectives. 
- Maintain and update the agency’s influencer database with current information and performance metrics.
- Reach out to influencers, agencies, and managers for collaborations, collect media kits, and negotiate basic deliverables under supervision.
2. Campaign Coordination
- 
Support the Influencer Marketing Account Manager in planning and executing influencer campaigns.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, content submissions, and approvals between influencers and internal teams.
- Ensure influencers receive accurate briefs, posting schedules, and brand guidelines.
- Track product seeding and logistics for influencer gifting campaigns.
3. Content & Deliverables Management
- 
Monitor influencer content to ensure it aligns with creative briefs and compliance requirements (hashtags, disclosures, tone, etc.).
- Track posting deadlines and follow up with influencers to ensure timely delivery.
- Collect live links, screenshots, and performance data for campaign tracking.
4. Reporting & Administration
- 
Compile campaign reports, including reach, engagement, and performance metrics.
- Help prepare internal and client-facing documents, presentations, and post-campaign summaries.
- Manage campaign spreadsheets, dashboards, and invoice tracking.
5. Relationship Support
- Assist in maintaining positive, ongoing relationships with influencers and content creators.
- Provide quick support and communication throughout campaigns to resolve queries or issues.
- Contribute ideas for improving influencer engagement and retention.

Reporting to the Influencer Marketing Account Manager

Requirements and Skills

- 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, or marketing coordination (fresh graduates with strong internship experience will also be considered).
- Interest in digital marketing, influencer culture, and social media trends.
- Passion for lifestyle, beauty, retail industries.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail. 
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
​- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting tools; familiarity with influencer platforms (e.g., Campagyn, Upfluence, GRIN, AspireIQ, Collabstr) is a plus.
- Team player, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
